Pera is the old name of today's Beyoglu district in Istanbul.It is a very lively shopping,art,entertainment and nightlife center.The Istiklal (independence) Avenue is a pedestrian street except the historic tram which is a very common subject matter for wc artists with its red color for many years.On gessoed Arches rough (pre used naturally!)

Beautiful paintings. I love the landscapes especially. It doesn't look like you use much pencil before you paint. How very brave!
Hi Finn,thank you for stopping by.When you paint loosely you don't need much pencil lines.This paint took less than 10min to draw.
